Bee is a 2 year old Lab mix soon to be tripod. On January 26th, she was struck by a car in Browning. No owner has claimed her, so Bee was scheduled to be put down for lack of a home to help her through recovery. I claimed Bee after the state waiting period was over. She have her leg amputated, as the bone is shattered and can't be saved. Bee will be fostered, vaccinated and spayed, then will be available for adoption. She requires a diet of Purina Puppy Chow to build up her bones and help her healing process. Bee's pain has been handled as she waits for surgery this weekend. Rescue under way: Send Prayers! Call to save pups!

We were told they might be in a certain area if the mother didn’t eat them yet. That is the worst rescue I’ve experienced. My eyes still hurt from being pelted with snow. We’ll count the babies when we get home. The mother dog was curled up around them trying to protect them from the cold. She’s just shivering like she’s freezing. They are safe n were talking them home.

It was an interesting drive to Browning. I’m dreading the drive home if it’s any worse.

Mama licked hand when he reached in the back for something. I think that was her thanking him.

Update: 1/14/21 6:23 p.m. From foster: 9 pups. I cut the umbilical cords off. Bugs would have fed them, but they are so weak n cold they can’t even eat. I fed them some PMR. They are in front of a heater n on a heated dog bed. I will fed them every 20 minutes to 1/2 hr in hopes that they get strong enough to eat from Bugs.
Note: They are starting to move their tongues. Bugs is trying to get to them to help. They need more strength to eat on their own. Keep the prayers coming!! Thank you.
